IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting your order. By completing the online ordering process, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Definition
- 1.1 This service is provided by BNET-TECH Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).
- 1.2 The “Rental Plan” service allows customers to rent a circulation main unit that has undergone official deep sanitization (hereinafter referred to as the “Rental Unit”) for a specified period after paying the “First Month Rental Service Fee and Personal Bathing Items Fee” and a security deposit.
2. Fee and Payment Structure
The transaction for this service will be processed in two parts. Customers must agree to the following payment arrangements:
2.1 Part 1: First Month Rental Service Fee and Personal Bathing Items Fee (HKD $1,800), with a minimum rental period of 3 months
- Nature: Includes the right to rent the machine for one month and brand-new consumables (Dedicated Bathing Sponge, Dedicated Hair Washing Silicone Brush, and Bathing Liquid).
- Deduction Time: Charged immediately upon online order placement.
- Refund Policy: This fee is a one-time consumption cost. No refunds will be provided regardless of whether you ultimately return the product early.
2.2 Part 2: Security Deposit (HKD $2,000)
- Nature: Serves as a guarantee against damage or loss during the machine rental period, and covers the administrative and cleaning fees upon return.
- Deduction Time: Charged immediately upon online order placement.
- Handling Method: Upon termination of the rental and recovery of the machine, an administrative fee of HKD $600 (see Clause 8.3 for details) will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded.
3. Delivery and Inspection Standards
- 3.1 The Company will arrange designated personnel for delivery (Note: This Rental Plan does not include on-site operational training; the Company will provide online instructional videos and manuals).
- 3.2 Joint Inspection: Upon delivery, the Company’s staff will present a “Standard Inspection Checklist”. The staff will turn on the machine together with you or your authorized representative and inspect it item by item according to the checklist (including intact appearance and normal system functions).
- 3.3 Confirmation of Receipt: Once both parties confirm the machine is operating normally, you are required to sign the checklist for confirmation. This signed checklist will serve as the sole standard for determining whether the machine is in good condition upon future return.
- 3.4 Photographic/Video Record: To protect the interests of both parties, the delivery staff will take photos or record videos of the machine’s appearance and key functions during the joint inspection. These records will be sent to you immediately via WhatsApp, as supplementary evidence of the machine’s condition at the time of delivery.
- 3.5 Rental Period Calculation: To protect customer rights, the one-month rental period shall strictly commence on the “date of signed receipt of delivery”.
4. Renewal and System Deduction Arrangements
- 4.1 The rental period is based on a one-month cycle. If you do not submit a return application before the expiration of the current rental period, this contract will automatically renew for another month.
- 4.2 The renewal fee is HKD $1,800 per month (this fee is strictly for machine rental and does not include brand-new consumables; additional consumables must be purchased separately if needed).
- 4.3 Auto-Pay Date Alignment Mechanism: To ensure customers enjoy a complete rental period, the system will use the customer’s “actual date of signed receipt of delivery” as the base date for each billing cycle. The automatic credit card deduction for renewal will be strictly calculated based on the date of receipt to ensure accurate billing.
5. Machine Malfunction and Replacement Compensation
- 5.1 In the event of a machine malfunction not caused by human damage, the Company will arrange for a replacement machine as soon as possible.
- 5.2 Rental Period Extension Compensation: The number of days lost due to the inability to use the machine during the waiting period for replacement (from the date of reporting to the date of replacement receipt) will be compensated with a free extension in the current month’s rental period. This is the sole compensation scheme; no cash refunds (Pro-rata) will be accepted.
6. Consumables, Hygiene, and Safety Specifications
- 6.1 Brand-new consumables included fall under the “First Month Rental Service Fee”. Used consumables do not need to be returned.
- 6.2 The Company guarantees all “Rental Units” have undergone internal pipe cleaning and comprehensive body disinfection before delivery.
- 6.3 Mandatory Use of Official Consumables Principle: To prevent pipe clogging and ensure hygiene, customers must exclusively use the dedicated bathing liquid officially approved and sold by the Company.
- 6.4 Liability for Unauthorized Use: If unauthorized liquids (non-official gels, disinfectants, etc.) are used, the Company may unilaterally terminate the contract. The HKD $2,000 deposit will be fully forfeited for cleaning and repair costs.
7. Fair Use Policy and Termination Rights
- 7.1 Household Use Restriction: The machine is strictly limited to daily nursing care within a single household.
- 7.2 Prohibition of Commercial and Abnormal Use: Commercial use (e.g., nursing homes, medical institutions, paid nursing services, subletting) is strictly prohibited.
- 7.3 In case of commercial or abnormal use, the Company reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately. The current month’s rent will not be refunded, and depreciation costs may be deducted from the deposit.
8. Return, Refund, and Damage Compensation Policy
To terminate the rental and return the product, you must comply with the following:
- 8.1 Application Time Limit: Submit a return application via phone or online system before the current rental period expires. Provide Order Number, S/N, and collection details.
- 8.2 On-site Collection: Collection will be arranged within 5 working days. Staff will re-inspect the machine based on the “Inspection Checklist”.

9. Disclaimer
- 9.1 The Company is not liable for injury or property loss caused by improper use.
- 9.2 Medical Disclaimer: Switle BODY is a nursing assistive device, not a medical device. The Company assumes no liability for health issues arising from use.
- 9.3 Indirect Loss: The Company is not liable for indirect costs (e.g., extra nursing staff) incurred due to machine downtime.
- 9.4 Ownership remains with the Company. Subletting or mortgaging is prohibited.
10. Governing Law and Contact Us
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong S.A.R. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
