Important Notice: Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting your order. By completing the online ordering process, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Service Definition

1.1 This service is provided by BNET-TECH Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).

 

1.2 The “Try Before You Buy” service allows customers to trial the product for a specified period after paying the “Trial Plan Service Fee and Personal Bathing Supplies Fee” and a security deposit, before deciding whether to make a final purchase.

 

2. Fee and Payment Structure

The transaction for this service will be processed in three parts. Customers must agree to the following payment arrangements:

 

2.1 Part 1: Trial Plan Service Fee and Personal Bathing Supplies Fee (HKD $1,800)

 

Nature: Includes the right to trial the machine for 30 days and brand-new consumables (exclusive bath sponge, exclusive silicone hair washing brush, shower gel).

 

Deduction Time: Charged immediately upon online order placement.

 

Refund Policy: This fee covers the 30-day trial right and brand-new consumables as a one-off consumption cost. Whether you ultimately keep the product or not, this fee is strictly non-refundable.

 

2.2 Part 2: Security Deposit (HKD $4,000)

 

Nature: Serves as a guarantee against damage or loss during the machine loan period.

 

Deduction Time: Charged immediately upon online order placement.

 

Handling Method:

 

If you decide to purchase: This amount will automatically be converted into part of the payment for the goods.

 

If you decide to return: The balance will be refunded after deducting relevant administrative and transportation fees (see Clause 5 for details).

 

2.3 Part 3: Final Balance (HKD $7,000)

 

Nature: The remaining balance for purchasing the product.

 

Payment Authorization: You are required to authorize this transaction when placing the order, but the amount will not be deducted immediately.

 

Deduction Time: The system will automatically deduct this amount only after the trial period ends (on the 31st day), provided you have not applied for a return.

 

3. Delivery and Inspection Standards

 

3.1 The Company will arrange designated personnel for delivery and installation.

 

3.2 Joint Inspection: Upon delivery, the Company’s staff will present a “Standard Inspection Checklist”. The staff will turn on the machine together with you or your authorized representative and inspect it item by item according to the checklist (including intact appearance and normal system functions).

 

3.3 Confirmation of Receipt: Once both parties confirm the machine is operating normally, you are required to sign the checklist for confirmation. This signed checklist will serve as the sole standard for determining whether the machine is in good condition upon return.

 

3.4 Photographic/Video Record: To protect the interests of both parties, the delivery staff will take photos or record videos of the machine’s appearance and key functions during the joint inspection. These records will be sent to you immediately via communication software (e.g., WhatsApp) as supplementary evidence of the machine’s condition at the time of delivery.

 

3.5 The 30-day trial period begins on the day the delivery receipt is signed.

 

4. Purchase Confirmation (Keeping the Product)

 

4.1 If you are satisfied with the product, no action is required.

 

4.2 If you do not submit a return application before the expiration of the trial period (the 30th day), it will be deemed that you agree to purchase the product.

 

4.3 The Company will automatically deduct the final balance of HKD $7,000 from your credit card on the 31st day.

 

4.4 Upon completion of the transaction, the previously paid deposit (HKD $4,000) will not be refunded and will directly offset the payment for the goods.

 

5. Return, Refund, and Damage Compensation Policy

If you decide not to purchase the product, you must comply with the following procedures:

5.1 Application Time Limit and Procedures: You must submit an order cancellation and return application via phone or the online system on or before the 30th day of the trial period. When applying, you need to provide the following information for the Company to verify records: Order Number, Product Serial Number, Registered Name and Contact Number, Delivery Receipt Date (Trial Start Date), and Collection Address. (Note: There is no need to upload photos of the Standard Inspection Checklist; customers may optionally upload photos of the machine’s current appearance to expedite the review process.)

5.2 On-site Collection and Inspection: The Company will arrange on-site collection    within 5 working days after receiving the application.

 

Inspection Standard: Upon collection, our staff will conduct a re-inspection based on the exact same “Inspection Checklist” used during delivery.

 

5.3 Inspection Results and Refund Arrangements

 

Condition A: Inspection Passed (Normal Return)

 

Definition: The machine’s appearance is good, functions operate normally, and it matches the condition at the time of delivery (excluding normal wear and tear).

 

Arrangement: The Company collects the machine.

 

Refund: The Company will deduct HKD $600 from the HKD $4,000 deposit as an administrative, round-trip transportation, and on-site inspection fee. The balance of HKD $3,400 will be refunded to your credit card within one month after collection. The authorization for the HKD $7,000 final balance will be cancelled without deduction.

 

Condition B: Inspection Failed (Damaged or Malfunctioning)

 

Definition: The machine has sustained artificial damage (including obvious scratches inconsistent with the delivery photo records or unauthorized dismantling of the body), water damage, impact marks, missing parts, or system malfunction due to improper use.

 

Arrangement: The Company collects the machine.

 

Compensation: The HKD $4,000 deposit will be fully forfeited to cover repair and administrative costs and will not be refunded. The authorization for the HKD $7,000 final balance will be cancelled without deduction.

 

6. Consumables Explanation

6.1 The brand-new consumables included with the product (exclusive bath sponge, exclusive silicone hair washing brush, shower gel) fall under the scope of the first payment, the “Trial Plan Service Fee and Personal Bathing Supplies Fee” (HKD $1,800).

6.2 Upon return, you do not need to return opened or used consumables, nor are you responsible for the wear and tear of these consumables.

 

7. Disclaimer

7.1 The product must be used in accordance with the user manual instructions. The Company shall not be liable for any property loss or personal injury caused by your improper use of the device.

7.2 During the trial period, the ownership of the product remains with the Company until the third payment (Final Balance) is successfully deducted.

 

8. Personal Information Collection Statement (PICS)

8.1 Purpose of Collection: The personal data collected by the Company (including but not limited to name, contact number, delivery and collection address, payment and credit card information, and photo/video records taken during delivery inspection) will be used solely for processing the “Try Before You Buy” order, arranging logistics, handling payment/authorization and refund procedures, customer service, and after-sales follow-up.

8.2 Data Confidentiality and Disclosure: The Company will strictly comply with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Except for providing absolutely necessary information to third-party partners (such as third-party payment gateways and logistics/transportation companies) to fulfill the aforementioned services, the Company will never leak or use your personal data for unauthorized commercial and direct marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

8.3 Right of Access and Correction: You have the right to request access to or correction of the personal data held by the Company at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact the Company’s Customer Service Department.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
